Easy Blueberry Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups blueberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F Grease 13"x9" pan with butter and flour. Mix egg, sugar, oil, then add the rest of the ingredients. Gently fold in blueberries. Sprinkle the top with 3/4 tsp. nutmeg and 1/4 cup sugar.
