Hot Raspberry Cider

Ingredients:
8 cups of apple cider or apple juice
1 cup of frozen raspberry juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Optional garnishes: additional cinnamon sticks, cinnamon, and whipped cream.
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a 4 quart pan, over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the mixture starts to simmer. Reduce the heat and simmer 10 more minutes. Remove from heat, and remove the cinnamon stick before pouring into individual mugs and serving hot.
Optional: Garnish each serving with a cinnamon stick and/or whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
