Molokai Mike
Ingredients:
BOTTOM LAYER
- 1 ounce silver rum
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce brandy
- ½ ounce orgeat syrup
- ½ cup crushed
TOP LAYER
- 1 ounce gold rum
- 1 ounce grenadine
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Molokai Mike glass or double old-fashioned glass
Directions:
Combine the silver rum, orange juice, lemon juice, brandy, orgeat syrup, and ½ cup crushed ice in an electric blender and pulse for 1 to 2 seconds, just until blended. Pour into the glass. Combine the gold rum, grenadine, and 1 cup crushed ice in the blender and blend until smooth, about 15 seconds. Gently pour over the mixture in the glass.
