Tidal Wave
Ingredients:
- 1½ ounces Malibu (or other coconut-flavored rum)
- 1 ounce blue curacao
- ¾ ounces fresh lime juice
- ½ ounce amaretto
- 1 tablespoon coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar lime slice
Directions:
Shake the liquid ingredients and sugar vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lime slice and orchid.
