Barracuda

Ingredients:

  • ½ ounce white rum
  • ½ ounce Galliano
  • ½ ounce pineapple juice
  • ¼ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ¼ ounce grenadine
  • 3 to 5 ounce chilled champagne

Directions:

Shake all ingredients but the champagne with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass or into a chilled champagne flute. Slowly top with champagne.
